Refund policy

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Returns are not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Shipping of the item to us and back to you is the sole responsibility of the purchaser in all cases, including exchanges and any approved defect related returns, exceptions may be made in cases of manufacturing defects.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a manufacturing defect is verified an exchange, or a return as appropriate to the situation and product availability.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to proceed with an exchange request. Once we receive your item, we will ship out the replacement within 2 business days. Shipping of the original item to us and shipping of the replacement item back to you is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds


Refunds are only available for verified manufacturing defects when a return is approved instead of an exchange. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
